All updates done on the system with consultation with the client and are  tested rigorously before being released to the client.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Our software has been thoroughly tested to ensure high technical standards. However, user related and other problems like machine failure may occur.  To ensure prompt service we normally propose that clients enter into an annual software maintenance contract with us, which will entitle you to one year’s unlimited service.

The service is offered over the telephone, via e-mail, online tools such skype, team-viewer and site visits.

PRODUCT WARRANTY & AFTER SALES SUPPORT

The software is supplied on condition that it shall meet specified client requirements. A six-month free maintenance period is provided. Due to support issues that occur during usage we encourage our clients to enter into an annual maintenance contract which entitles them to our prompt and efficient support service.

The systems are supported by qualified and experienced technical personnel.

TRAINING

We have an in-depth training program that ensures all users are fully trained and that they can confidently maneuver through the system in their day to day operations.

Training sessions are designed to be fully interactive with specific focus on the participants in order to build full confidence to operate the applications efficiently and with minimum effort.

The objective is to transfer knowledge to the users so that they will be able to maintain the product on their own. We carefully designed the training curriculums to cater for the training requirements of the client on various aspects of the delivered application. Training packages are available for both administrators and system operators.

SUPPORT & DOCUMENTATION

The system also comes with an in-built online help and tips for the users. A comprehensive technical and user manual is available on purchase of the system. A technical support team is available on demand to sort any anomalies or technical issues that may arise.
